Jessica was so incredibly easy to work with and made the process of buying then selling simple and efficient. When looking for our home she let us have plenty of room to decide what we wanted to see yet was always available to offer suggestions or answer any questions we had. When the first home we put an offer in on fell through after the inspection Jessica helped us to get right back in the search saddle and out looking at homes within a couple days. Jessica far exceeded my expectations and went way beyond the call of duty. We live in Green Bay and needed to find a house for our daughter who was enrolled in med school. Between inspection reports that were unacceptable to seller’s backing out at the 11th hour, our search was riddled with unexpected turns. Jessica was awesome! This included showing many homes via Facetime, day and night and weekends, so we wouldn’t have to make the drive back down to Lombard. Jessica did a great job selling our house and navigating through the COVID shutdown. We listed our house 1 week before the shutdown. My boyfriend and I worked with Jessica on finding our first home together. During the time we were looking the market was moving very fast. Due to this, my boyfriend and I always had a lot of questions or we wanted to look at a house before it went contingent. Jessica will put in the work to see that your house sells. I moved to Florida and needed to sell my house in Wheaton fast. I bought the house right before the bubble popped in 2007, so getting out from under the mortgage would be difficult. Jessica found several people to help me with painting the house, emptying it out, and cleaning it. All those workmen (workwomen) were reliable and did a good job. When my wife wanted a precious artifact shipped to Florida, Jessica took it to FedEx. We would have had a difficult time finding someone on that end to take care of it. Jessica found several people who were interested in buying the house as an investment. (Remember, I had already moved, and needed a fast sale.) None of them panned out, but I wouldn't have thought of that avenue. Before the cleaning of the house was entirely finished, the house was found by a young family for whom the house will be perfect. I know it's an inanimate object, but I feel good knowing the house will be appreciated. It has many beauties. They found it because Jessica put a sign in the yard, and started a lot of word-of-mouth threads talking up the house. Effort = results. Good for me. Good for Jessica.
